Its been a while since ive been on here, mainly cus its tempting but still i thought id give yous a catch up on my progress.
On sunday, 16th i cut 27 times on my arm
On thursday 20th i cut once with a knife, really shallow
Saturday, 22nd i threw my blade into the river, i wrote on it the number of cuts ive done that i can remember (217) and just threw it away from me.

Today im struggling, the need for its getting stronger
I know i can do this though
But a part of me doesnt want to

I dont even know why im making this, nobody cares xD

C'mon Emma, do this for Jude and Michael. And me and everyone else here on VT.

Just try and focus on your drawing or something to take your mind off it, or maybe just go to burger king again and build cities out of chips with Michael again :whoops:

Please stay strong.
