If there any way to wipe my hard-drive and start over?

My laptop has so much data-lag. I've cleared my history, cache, cookies, everything.
I've wiped some programs, cleared my recycling bin, ect.

Is there anything I could do to free up some more space or something?

If you're positive you want to reset the whole thing, click here (http://en.kioskea.net/faq/4811-toshiba-laptop-reset-to-factory-settings). It's a guide on how to do it.

Okay, this could work.

How would I reinstall the internet and everything? Or does that not get erased?

No, internet etc. stays. Just everything you've installed and saved will be wiped. It'll be like it was when you got it, only the default stuff will be there.
