okay i just updated the software on my iPod touch 2g to the newest version and now wifi and bluetooth dont work at all and i guess im not the only one that is having this problem but wifi and bluetooth is greyed out so i cant even select it anyone have a fix for this

First off, try a restore. Are you on 4.2.1?

its been restored a few times and yes unfortionetly im on 4.2.1

Try DFU, google how to enter DFU and restore then and see what happens.

ive actually tried that and it did nothing

If you live near one, I'd take it to an Apple store and see what they say. They may be able to do something in the shop, but if they have to ship it away, they'll charge you, as it is out of warranty.
