yeah it's basically a short fat penis. and I don't know where you heard that it's a Spanish word, but that's not true. First of all, it's spelled wrong to be Spanish, and secondly, I speak Spanish fluently and know many dialects, and I've never heard that word before. And it's not in "Jergas de Habla Hispana" (Spanish Urban Dictionary) or in the dictionary of the Real Academia Espaņola. So yeah, not Spanish. LOL sorry, just had to clarify that :P
