So,
I am currently flexi-schooling (on a part time table, for those who don't understand) and tomorrow I am doing my first P.E lesson in a long while.
It will require me to change in front of a room full of girls.
This wouldn't be a problem, apart from the fact that I only cut 2 days ago!
I did them on my stomach, to just below my bra. I wrote huge words. Okay, they are quite shallow but there is no way I could pass them off for an accident. I can't go into the toilet to change or anything and I don't have any vests to wear, or make up.
Help me guys! What do I do?! :(

Like I said, I don't think I have any that would fit me anymore, I stopped using them when I wore bras. I have no make up that could cover them or anything. Even though they are shallow they won't be gone by tomorrow.

Tell the teacher you are uncomfortable with your body and ask if you could change alone
If that won't work wear your Pe top under your shirt.

Do just that! Before class, go into the girls restroom and put your shirt on UNDER that shirt.
If there are any showers in the locker room go and change behind one of the curtains.
FIND a tank top that fits. It never hurts to look. It doesn't have to look good on you, just get the job done.
Find a corner of the locker room and face it with your back turned to the other girls and change very quickly. I used to do that when I had PE my freshmen year and my legs were covered in cuts.

I would say go with the PE top under the shirt thing, that's what half my class does anyway, just because it is easier. Or... Why do you say you can't you change in the toilets? Well, if you can that's what I always do (the change rooms are in the same buidling as the toilets), or just say you need to go to the toilet and take your PE bag saying it was just quicker/easier to get changed at the same time??

You could tell your teacher that you're uncomfortable with showing your body and ask if you can change somewhere else, alone. Otherwise find a top that you can wear under. Or just stand in a corner facing the wall, and change really quickly.

u need to get an under shirt i usualy wear hoodies to hide my arms in pe but i know where my cut line is for my shorts cause i know where they end on my legs
