Lol. Well dont use little scissors, they arent too accurate. Take it from me, i tried it "down there" :| Use a razor, go slowly, make sure not to press too hard and swipe too fast. Although i've never shaved, im just assuming that is how you do it.

Hi there,
Congratulations on the facial hair!
Well I'm 19 and I've been shaving my face since I was 16 or 17.
I prefer to use an electric shave (Philips Phillishave).
It gives a fairly smooth shave and it does not cut your skin!
Mine has a moustache trimmer built in for "mowing" longer hairs before shaving. Particularly useful if you forget to shave for a few days!!

If you can't afford an electric shaver, there's the good old manual razor with razor blades built in.
Here's a few tips (from experience) for using a manual razor...
Have a thorough wash first. Get the skin as moist as possible. If you can't get proper shaving soap, ordinary soap will do, just use more of it.
Leave the soap on for a while then begin to shave downwards.
You can shave upwards, but I've found there's an increased chance of nicking your skin, or plucking the hairs out!! OUCH!

So long as you're careful and don't push too hard, you shouln't "cut" yourself.

IMPORTANT TIP:
Once you begin shaving, you cannot stop... Unless you want a beard!
Shaving actually encourages hair growth over time. (Like pruning a tree).
So make sure you're prepared to make it an every morning practice, like brushing your teeth!

Hope this helps, message me if you need any more tips!

Good luck! :)

Well you're pretty well spot on!
I've been shaving for a few years now... I've used a razor a few times but prefer electric.
DEFINATELY DO NOT use scissors... unless you're trimming a moustache! lol

Rock on!

A funny enough topic as it seems... Nonetheless it's still Puberty ^_^

You should try the Gillette Fusion with 5 blades, battery operated. It releases the pressure on your skin giving more comfort and less irritation. I also find it to take off all those pesky little hairs too. After a nice clean shave, my skin feels like there's absolutely no hair whatsoever. It also takes like an entire week for my hair to reconstruct itself too. =P

I started shaving earlier this year. I think it's best to use an electric razor rather than the disposable ones. Just do it slow, though I've found it hard to acutally cut myself with my razor but I'm sure it's possible. But be warned, once you shave, it comes back fatser so you'll have to shave more often (unless you wanna grow a beard/mustache). Good luck to ya!
