Sometimes I skip breakfast. Lately I've been skipping dinner whenever I can get away with it or eating very little. Then I hate myself when I snack throughout the day. I tell myself I'll burn it off in gym but semester is almost over and I won't have gym everyday.

This is getting worse.

Then stop it now, before it gets even worse. If you eat decent meals you won't snack during the day. If you plan out to eat a decent amount, three meals a day, then when you eat them you won't feel guilty, and you also won't snack.

Take note of how much other people eat. Eat the same as them.
