In my opinion, you need to end this ASAP. What I mean by ASAP is today or tomorrow. Incest relationships are things that can go horribly wrong. As it is good you and your brother are close, and you're comfortable with your appearance clothed and unclothed around your family, it is not good that you and your brother are sleeping together. You could get pregnant, your family could find out. It's just bad altogether. It would be best if you would break this off right now, and I strongly advice it.

Yeah,this definitely needs to end, at least sleeping together,that's not good at all. I mean masturbating together was pushing it, but actually going as far as to have sex is way too far.
