I'm in Taekwondo and my lower body is very strong compared to most people and I do good in class but recently we changed over to mma and we have too do punching,takedowns,ground, and things we need to use our uper body for but my upper body is very weak.....I can't even do a pushup.....what are some exercises I can do to build up some muscle?

pull-ups work great and swimming is another great thing to get into cause it not only works your arms greatly and especially if you do the butterfly stroke

Assisted press ups, pull ups, weight lifting, swimming, boxing.
