So you are 13 with a 9" dick and produce a litre of semen per day, everyday and therefore you have seen a doctor who has put you on some sort of medication to to reduce this. Surely you have discussed this with your doctor and he is monitoring his therapy in some way - I don't see where the remaining question is, although I am surprised that you can move from the spot.
