I just turned 15 a week ago, i've been through everything in puberty(pubic hair, growing of testes penis, ejaculating.. started puberty when i was 11) but my voice hasn't changed one bit! People always mistake me for a girl when im talking on the phone. I've got Adams apple but im not sure why my voice hasn't changed? :(

This won't be a satisfying answer for you, but some people take more time to change their voices or any other stuff that usually happens in puberty. For example, I have undergone all changes I have to go through, except for the growth of my Adam's apple. There is normally something a teen is missing during puberty, just be patient and wait.
Now, to make you feel better, you're 15, but Justin Bieber is 16 and just listen to his voice... :P

I think you need more time. In a few years you should develop your voice fully

Dude you just need to relax a bit. My voice did not change til I was about 16. I have been teaching voice for a little while and I can tell you that everyone changes at a different time. I have a student that is 19 years old and he still sings in the alto range. This is what I am talking about. I also have a 14 year old boy who sings in the bass range. Everyone is different. If you have anymore questions feel free to PM me.

Don't worry. Voices will deepen over time, my mate had a fairly light voice, until around 18. Nothing to panic over :)

Dont worry about it. Every guy goes through puberty at different changes. For some the voice is one of the first to change and for others it's the last. So dont worry about it too much and let your body grow at the pace that it wants to.
