Ok. I listen to Staind and well does anybody else think they f' everything up or is that just me and Staind? I've never heard anybody or seen anybody else f' one thing up. Is it just the depression saying you f' everything up or what?
Oh and by the way, I'm back. I lost this site on my bookmark cause the computer crashed but I found this site back. Oh well, I'm bored.

I have no idea what you are talking about. At all.
[Edit]
Okay I think I understand. So are you saying that you feel like you mess everything up? I thought you meant that Staind messed everything up. Okay I see.
Yes, depression causes you to feel down on everything and your self-concept is very poor, so yes, it is just your depression making you feel that way. You cant mess EVERYTHING up, and everyone messes up sometimes.

I dont know much about Staind. But yes I often feel that I just fuck things up. I suppose its just part of depression. Exaggeration of failure and seeing failure where there is none have been part of my depressive episodes.

Maybe not therapy. But you could go to a conselor or a phycologist.

Lol I know that, that is why it wasnt making sense.
And maybe. That and/or medication. How serious is it? And is it like really depression, or are you just feeling down lately? How bad is it basically.

Maybe start with a counsellor. If that works them great. If not then seek further help.

I don't know how bad it is. I just think everything's my fault and I just feel like stabbing myself all over.. Just I'm never home alone so I can never do anything like that. When I do get alone I cut myself and it just makes me a lil bit happier. I'm already "seeing" 2 psychologist, but they don't pull me out from class often at school. One's a Marriage and Family intern and the other one is a psychologist.

Tell the conselor that your problems are getting worse. Or ask them to reccommend an out of school conselor.

School counselors, I find, dont help as well, that's just me I guess. Get a counselor outside of school if you can afford it, really. I think school counselors are really just there for those who cant pay to see someone else. Not trying to be offesnive to anyone.

No counseling ever worked for me. I've been in counseling 3 times a week out side of school for about 5 years already. I've only gotten worser and worser.
