So I'm gay and idk but I'm in love with this guy... Not my first crush but it's the first time I've felt about someone this way, I plan on telling him this year because this is our last year in midde school together, but no one at all knows I'm gay so idk what to do. I almost told my best friend yesterday but kinda punked out, but I'm planning on telling her VERY soon. He's supposedly straight but he has me wondering, would it be a good idea to just tell him I like him or wha? I'm thinking yes but still, it's kinda nervewrecking. :/ any advice? Thanks!

Tell him your gay, do not, I repeat DO NOT tell him you like him. If he acts wierded out, pass it off as a joke :P

Shouldve added that ; nope, not friends with him. And no, there's 3 different high schools around our area and you get picked to go to a certain one depending on where you live, unless you apply to a magnet school. And idk, it like my gaydar goes off when it comes to him lol. I wanna tell him but at the same time I don't :|

I think you need to be friends with him first, that way you can find out more about him, what hes into and stuff. I know that you said you like him and you think he likes you too. them become friends and see what happends.... That is your first step i think. Do you have classes together, or do sport with him.?

I only have homeroom with him sadly and see him in the halls and afterschool for like 10 seconds. I'll try talking to him but idk what about, and I don't want it to be like some random approach lol

I dont want to seem pessimistic, and i usually assume everyone is bisexual until proven otherwise(because at my school there are alot of them, but some's parents will get really really upset so they hide anyway i digress). Now, you could have your "gaydar" going off because you HOPE he is gay. Again, i dont want to be a kill joy, but the same happens to me...sadly lol. I suggest becomming friends with him, then bring up the topic of homosexuality non chalantly, remember his reaction, then act on that, if its bad, well play it off, if its good, see what you can do *wink* no, really though, get to know him before you prejudge his sexuality and act on it.

Put on the brakes dude! You are setting yourself up for a huge fall if you say you like him without first spending some time with him...I think your hormones are centering on him, not your soul...take your time, try to hang with him, if the attraction is mutual, remember, his hormones are thriving too!! He might make a move first...if not, high school will probably bring you a lot more possibilities...
