There is a shy girl in my school that I am interested in taking to the prom. I've known her for awhile and have been friends with he since freshman year. We have never hung out together outside of school since we tend to hang out with different people (i am a lot more outgoing).
I wanted to ask her to prom in saying more than just "Want to go to prom?"
She told me about this one candy that she had one time in Germany (a chocolate bar) that she absolutely loved. The candy is only sold in Germany but I was able to order a box through the internet.
I was planning to open the chocolate bar, put in a piece of paper that says "Prom?" on it, and glue it closed again so it looks like the normal piece of chocolate.
I only am able to see her once during the day (I walk with her to one of her classes) and thats when I plan to give it to her.
I would like her to open while we are in the hallway but I am a bit concerned she won't (since she usually has a hand full of books). I want her to open it in the hallway while we are walking to that I can be there when she opens it and can tell me the answer right there (Rather than her going to her next class and opening it when shes by herself in there)
Any advice or feedback on how I can improve my idea would be great. Or just what you think about it would be nice as well. I plan on asking her within the next two weeks.
Thanks
