Definately work out. You could also take protein supplements.

I don't want to push my body to hard. Because to much exersize could just burn off calories making me thinner could it not?
I will work out. But with almost no body fat it's kind of pointless right now. I like the protein supplements idea though :)

You're fine dude, just eat a healthy diet. I'm 13, 5'8", and 106 lbs.

Skinny isn't the best. If you're too underweight, it can cause serious damage. It's the same as being overweight. Just different weight and different body but have almost as much dangerous effect.

As long as you aren't so skinny you can play your ribs like a percussion instrument it doesn't matter. If you eat a healthy diet, that is. You can be thin and still have high cholesterol from eating fast food. Eating a lot of fast food is as bad as drinking a lot of alcohol. Go watch Super Size Me, those same things are happening to you if you eat a lot of fast food, just not quite as extreme. No matter what weight you are a healthy diet is important, especially while you're growing.

Ahhh!!! Super Size me!!! I hate that movie. I'm watched it in 7th grade in PE and I'm watching it in my Health class right now. I'm on the day where he starts throwing up from his car.
Oh and by the way, at fast food restaraunts, you have NO idea what they're feeding you. The taco bell right next to my HighSchool got in trouble for having cock roaches running around the food and serving. You have no idea what diseases people have working there.

yo, im 16 barely 17. im 5'8'' / 5'9'' and im 147 lbs. i found out a good way to gain weight is too work out 3-4 tiimes a week (using weights) and dont stop eating. i eat all the time, 3-4 meals a day and snacks in between. i have good muscle mass and fat mass. i also found out the drinking protein shakes work too. do what i just told you and you will gain 15/20 lbs in no time.

well he needs some fast food to get a little fat on him eatin yogurt is not like fast food if u have yogurt it will add protein and calcium and drink milk dfats gud too

fast food will only clog your arterys and give you clots which leads to strokes. i eat fast food, not every day though. maybe once every week or two. if you work out and eat alot you'll eventually even out. working out will burn those calories and give you muscle mass. will eating that high carb food will put fat on that muscle AND bulk your muscle up. i've read that salmon is a great way to achieve carb / muscle mass. good luck on your weight problem dude
