It seems some of my friends are a lot more private at urinals now that they are in puberty. A few guys still undo their pants and hang it all out and shake it when they are done, but not like they used to.
What do you do and why is it guys hide their junk more than when they were kids?
I like to have my balls out when I pee, but try not to bother anyone.

I just go to the bathroom, and use it? and no I don't pull my whole junk out, there's no need.

I just pull it out and pee, and shake it at the end, but i dont pull my balls out or anything. And when were younger kids we had to pull it all out of we would be on our pants. and thats no fun.

its different older boys want more privacy than younger boys i dont just let my junk hang out and i deff dont want a sizing match going on in public its not cute lol when yo grow up things just begin to not seem so appealing anymore and letting you junk hangout is one of those things :)

Exactly, why would you get your balls out to pee unless you were getting naked for some reason, shower, sauna, etc

Can't say "Why" they don't show or not, But I think its cause they may be in a rush and need to pee and go.
