I have the exact same thing all over my penis and balls... from wat ive researched they are scabies... (itch mite) they are also contagious... i think u can get some cream for it to help them go away...

If it really is scabies then you should deal with it quickly. Dog shampoo used neat will do it. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then shower.

It shouldnt be something to worry about. If they start to hurt or give you any kind of trouble you should go to a doctor but in the mean time I wouldnt worry much

I have them also, but a few on my balls. It's normal as long as it doesn't cause pain, irritation it's fine. I do not think it is scrabies, as you'd notice it before Jacking off.
