Who Plays Hockey?

Hello Im just wondering who all out there plays hockey? what level you play at? and your postion?

I have never been on a team, but I've been ice skating since I was 2.
The start of this winter I got into a Chicks with Sticks program, that teaches you the basics of hockey. It was great! They honestly kept asking me why I even came there lol.
Hoping to join a team next winter.
Hockey is one of my favorite sports! I play all the time with random guys at outdoor rinks, but never really learned the actual rules of the game. So, that program was helpful. :)
Also my favorite position is defense.

Ive never played it professionally
but i play on the school girls hockey team
and played at the 'Derbyshire Hockey U16's' we got to the finals and came 3rd :D

I've been playing inline for just under 8 years now. I just play for my local team but we've won 2 national championships and have played at many others. I prefer defence but our coach pretty much lets us play wherever we feel like.

I play as much street hockey as I can, and I learned to skate when I was 4. However, I can't afford ice hockey equipment and I have no way to get to the rink, so I'm not on a team. I've played forward, defense, and goaltender for street hockey.
