my friend she thinks that all of this and sex and puberty is all really unnatural and gross can any one help me make her see the truth because all of this is perfectly normal and natural

she is probably just really uncomfortable with that subject right now... The only think that comes to mind is you can tell her that everyone experiences puberty, as well as sexual encounters. Whether or not she WANTS to change that, does not make a difference. another is that those kinda of bodily functions are really no different that our "normal" functions are(that could be considered "gross"); such as: sweating, vomiting, bleeding/ open cuts, ear wax, and saliva... Sex is not something easily escaped, the fact she said its "unnatural" means she is probably not fully aware of what it is, or she hasn't matured enough to understand. i know i thought all that stuff was gross before i hit puberty around age 10...

same here and since my dad is a genetics doctor he taught me all about this when i was 10 and i was pefectly ok with it plus my friend is older than me shes 15 and im 13

Give her a bite of the reality sandwich (in a nice way).... tell her what she can do to stop it and or even slow it down: the answer is nothing

She probably doesn't actually think that, she's probably one of those people that are very shy/uncomfortable about it, in which case you shouldn't mention it to her anymore.
