On a same sex date how do you decide who pays?

Probably the person who picks where the date will take place. Or the two of you can discuss it and decide to take turns or split it. It's not a big deal.

I don't think that has anything to do with deciding who pays. There are a lot of factors -- who picked the spot, who paid for the gas to drive there, who can actually afford it, one of them could be having a bad day so the other person pays, etc.
