well, this morning i woke up and went to sit up in my bed by swinging my legs out the bed to sit on the edge of the bed, i think at this point i like fell off my bed but stood up before i fell. i think i banged my head too on the chest of draws near my bed, after this point i think i blacked out because i dont remember anything. then the next thing i know i'm sat back on the edge of my bed with my whole upper body shaking and moving really fast, i opened my eyes and it stopped instantly. i noticed that a few things had fell of my chest of draws, and a pain where i think i hit my head, it wasnt hard because i only felt it for like a few minuites. i think i may have fitted, do you think so?

Have you told anyone / considered getting the advice of a qualified medical person? I really think you should. No one here is going to be able to tell you for sure, and if there is something wrong with you, you really need someone to look after you.

I agree. It you even think you may have blacked out its a good idea to go and see your GP and talk through what happened.

Once i had a cramp so my leg forced me out of bed which ended with me smacking my head i got back up so you may just have cramped up especiay if your active which would also explain the black out

Sounds like you might have had a short generalised seizure.
You need to go and see your doctor though if you have no previous history of this kind of thing.

i went to the doctors today and i just got told that it wouldn't have been a seizure as i had no reason to have one and i was fine afterwards, the doctor just said i probably just fainted or something :/ never fainted before i did, so wouldn't have known what it felt like :/ lol.

Glad it is nothing serious - It is very common for people to feel faint after getting out of bed. What happens if you rise from a horizontal position too fast the blood cant re adjust that fast. It is quite complicated. Fainting is 9/10 to do with the brain and blood. Thats as simply as i can put it. Fainting is when not enough blood (Thus oxygen) reaches the brain and the brain cannot operate without oxygen even for a very short period of time.
Be sure not to jump out of bed :D
Hope this helps.
