I need to cut, i'm drawing, screaming to music and cutting paper it's not helping, I'm exhausted and i can't use a bandage trick because my sis is in the living room between my room and the bathroom. Vent

hun displacement of frustration helps a lot... if you find otherways to let out the pain like boxing or sports and kick peoples asses :) or poker!
