Yo!:) I was thinking that any boxer or former boxer would post their boxing scheme like what days u trained and how long =) maybe add what days u went out for some jogging =) And ofcs other ppl feel free to comment on boxers scheme =)
i was thinkin we should put the age too kuz age makes alot of difference...
Age 14

Example (my scheme)

Monday: Boxing Practice at the club - 1 Hour
Tuesday: Some Jogging - 50 min
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Boxing Practice at the club - 1 hour
Friday: Weight Lifting - 40-60 min
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Morning jogging - 40 min

Haha once I lose some more weight and what not, I'm gonna for sure pick up boxing with out a doubt...I love it, and I wanna do it, but I wanna get into a bit better shape.

But as for your training plan, I think maybe I would add one more day of weight lifting to it...also do you take any supplements? And no, I am not talking about roids lol.

Any Boxer worth there stuff knows that you take Fat Burners, Pills to gain weight easier, Pils to help muscle developent, they do them in drink and food form now as pils sound dodgy but they have a 16+ age restriction but make training easier realy all sports use them

Boxing is rough and might damage my superior looks and brain :-D

Anyway, boxing training is well known for being an awesome way of getting fit, so I'd have thought the best thing you could do is just get stuck straight into it by joining a club?

D'oh. The clue was in the bits where you said "at the club" .

Yeah I think i was looking at the post below by TheWickedEnd when I wrote that.

So do you get much support from them? Do they monitor your weight and stuff?
