first of all, no im not posting this to brag, its a serious question. Me and my best friend compared penis sizes and i was significantly bigger than he was, (6.7'' vs 5''), and the look on his face was meek and demoted. What should I say to him to i dunno "cheer him up" or the bright side?

Tell something like you hit puberty early, and think your done growing, and that he 'll catch up or come close to you. ( And that just like body types penis come in all sizes.)
Or you can comment on how thick he is or how big his ball are, That might help cheer him up. Just give him somether complments too.

It depends upon your age. if you are in your early teens then you may just be at different stages of puberty and you may end up about the same in the end, or, you may just have a bigger dick than him. either way it's not that big a difference, you are both normal - tell him that.

Find something you like about how his dick, balls, or pubes look and give him a sincere compliment. I didn't have the biggest dick but had nice pubes and one guy told me my head was nice. It all helped.

Just tell him that everyone's body is different. It's not your fault that you're bigger than him, it's just the way your body is.
Remember, it's not about the size of the tool. It's knowing how to use what you have :D
