I personally love the LOTR trilogy and books. I have the special extended edition and watched them all this weekend. Close to 10.5 hours. Also i realized that in the first half of the fellowship of the ring Gandalf looks really stoned. Did anyone else see this?

My stepdad's the biggest sci-fi fantasy nerd you will ever meet. I've... somehow inherited that bug :P No blood family of mine is into that stuff so I only assume it rubbed off on me :P

My favorite battles in the entire trilogy has to be Helm's Deep and the battle at the Black Gate when everyone was surrounded(spelling?) by orcs and Gandalf as stoned as ever sees his little moth friend and the Eagles come to save them from the Nazgul.
