I mean useful like educational. First time me and a friend looked at porn online it was porn movie clips, we were 11, we knew about sex but we were curious about what it looked like. When we first saw a man and woman actually doing it we were like "wow, so that's what it's like". Also we were surprised to see just what a vagina and the other bits inside there really looked like. We weren't really turned on by watching it, more just really interested. I don't look at porn much, but just wondered if others have found that they've learned from it in an educational way?

I was never given "the talk", so yes, porn was my first teacher about girls. Unfortunately it left out the part about the pill and a condom.

Yeah. I have seen things i never wanted to see, so I suppose its good to know.

But they had some programs on TV here that were really good that did say that the downside is you get unrealistic about what real people look like. Which is why you get a lot of porn stars kids posting here if you know what i mean.

Yea to learn more of the very basic stuff, and what everything looked like and kind of how it went... but i soon learned that most porn is not how sex goes and not everyone woman or guy lokoks like that or makes those noises.

If you think porn is at all indicative of 'real' sex, you are sadly mistaken. The point about genitalia is valid as well: not girls' vaginas look like those in porn, and not all penises are 7+ inches long.

In regard to the actual purpose so no one gets pissed at me for going off topic: I honestly learned nothing from porn. I knew about that stuff before I ever saw porn because of all the anatomy textbooks my physical therapist parents had laying around the house.

It kinda did, when i lost my virginity i used my knowledge from porn to make it more fun, and it helped me know that "rhythm" is good
