If your litter brother is being an arse and assaulting you, tell your parents / teachers about it and see if they do anything.

If they refuse to do anything, defend yourself as necessary. Try to sit down and talk with him and tell him how much he's annoying you.

If it continues, go to the police and report him for assault.

I'd do the same to him, but not beat him to death though. Teach him a bit to respect you, but then again. Violence isn't always the answer. So keep telling your parents about. I'd be embarrassed if I were YOU and in your position to tell authority in school. If you don't mind me asking, what is your age difference with him?

If you and your parents are older than him, you must be authoritarian or else he'll think he can do stuff like that and get away with it. Just be harsher on him and I mean, convince your parents they can't let him do that, show them the bruises, they'll have to punish him and teach him some respect, like the poster above said, or who knows what else he can do?
