Hey I have a question about my foreskin, it over hangs past the hole on the tip of my penis where i cum, like i have alot of extra skin there. when i get hard, the skin is still over my penis head and has extra past the home, when I try to cum the strength of my spurt isnt very strong becuase of it. does anyone else have this issue? also will I grown into my foreskin, im only 5'' hard and 13

Are you able to retract your foreskin back so that your glans (head of the penis) is fully uncovered? If not you should do some gradual stretching exercises by easing it back a little every day when you take a bath or shower. Its important to be able to do this for cleaning apart from anything else.

For most uncut guys the foreskin move backwards and forwards over the glans during normal masturbation, in which case when you feel you are about to cum just hold it back enough for the tip of your penis to be uncovered.

You will probable grow into your foreskin so that there will be less overhang, but 5" is already a normal adult size so its impossible to say how much more growing you have left to do.
