1. Its called rimming, not all gay guys do it. They will have showered and douched first.

It can really hurt if you aren't relaxed and your boyfriend tries to start off by going in all in one go. If he's patient, you use lube (or better lube and a condom) then he can sort of work his way in gradually and after a minute or two its not a problem. Only been a problem for me a couple of times, we've learned how to do it right now.
