For example "James" reads a topic, and then since he read the topic, it won't have a bold and glowy title in "New Posts" page, right?

If someone edits one of the posts in the topic James had looked, the next time James enters the "New Posts" page, will he see that thread as "New Post / unread" ?

thus the name
