Well, sometimes I get really dizzy..just randomly. And the past few times I've been in the shower, I've been dizzy. Today, just now actually, I fell OUT of the shower. It happened so fast. I hurt my leg.. and the shower curtain fell off. and the bathroom's a mess. My gram cleaned it up for me, though.
Why have I been getting dizzy? (Also: my sugar was good. It was 111)

Well... I have low blood pressure that can be triggered by things such as changes in temperature (i get it in a hot shower a lot) and changes in position. It makes me very dizzy. You might have that? If it carries on go to a doctor :)

Ehhh, I am no doctor, but if you keep falling, you may have endured a possible concussion? One of the signs of Concussions is dizziness.

Fainting (being Dizzy or Vertigo) is a serious problem if it re occurs often. It is usually to do with the heart and blood supply to the brain. If you have a condition like Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) ect that may have something to so with it. If it happens alot in the shower i suggest you sit in the shower on a chair. Will lower the risk of hurting yourself. I would highly suggest talking to a Doctor and just be safe. May need a ECG which is no big issue.
Any Questions please feel free to message me. Happy to help.

I remember I had this really bad fever, and I didn't even know I had it, until my began to feel very ill. I would feel so lightheaded, and my stomach would hurt. I couldn't walk two steps without falling. So fainting isn't good.
I don't know why you keep feeling dizzy. Do you eat lots of veggies, fruits. etc.?

Something about the inner ear can cause dizziness. And often times the change in blood sugar and blood pressure (especially the last one) which can be cured with uncarbonated sodas (such as fruit juices) and/or hot or cold compresses.

Yeah many people are suprised to hear that the inner ear controls our balance - located within is fluid to which aids us in balance.
There are alot of issues that is the casue of dizzyness - it could be caused by a viral infection, a common cold, getting up fron a horzontial position too fast, and the list goes on and on. Try and limit the amount of standing you do - in the shower is a common and dangerous place to involuntary collapse. Like said before try sitting in the shower.
The main thing I recommend is to see a doctor and just tell him/her what has been happening - as said before there are alot of causes to this, not just one or too. Your doctor should be able to find a solution.
Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water. AND SLEEP. Not doing those three things can be a cause to your problem. Having good amounts of all three will really help your lifestyle and general wellbeing.
Hope this helps :)

I would say hyper/hypoglycemia, but you've already indicated your sugars were fine. Hypotension (low blood pressure) is another possibility. At this point, I'd recommend you go see a doctor. Dizziness isn't something to be taken lightly, as if it leads to you fainting or blacking out, you could hit your head and sustain a concussion, possibly a rather bad one.

Very True, There are many conditions that will cause someone to feel dizzy, without knowing any specific details on someones condition it is really hard to figure out what might be the problem. The main thing to do is take it easy when standing for a period of time, and too see a doctor.
Being dizzy is mostly to to with the heart (ie Hypo/Hypertension)(Low and High Blood Pressure for those who arnt sure). When there is a problem the heart then the supply of blood to vital organs is then reduced - which is a very common cause of fainting ect. The brain is the biggest user of oxygen and needs a constant suppy in order to operate. As soon as oxygen is lost - damage starts to set in.
It is a very complicated system and is hard to understand without the proper training and knowledge in the area. If you need any more info - feel free to message :)

Story of my life! I'm anemic so I'm pretty sure that has something to do with it, especially with being a girl and all. My mom's a nurse, so I typically just go to her when my dizzy spells act up, and she recommends eating plenty of iron rich foods, taking multivitamins, staying hydrated (because sometimes something as simple as not drinking enough can bring on dizzy spells) and getting plenty of rest. Tbh, when I remember to take the vitamin and eat a more balanced diet I feel a lot better, and of course when I get sick or I'm on my period the dizziness gets worse but that's to be expected. Try all of that and see how it helps! (: Good luck!
(Speaking of the shower story...I almost wiped out in the shower a couple weeks ago from dizziness! I caught myself, just barely...)
