Hello my balls haven't dropped and I'm 13.5 years old. But I have pubic hair and no other signs of puberty. Is this normal?

I was just thinking about all these "late bloomers" and I thought..
Puberty isn't only about your penis growing, getting hair everywhere and craking your voice, but its also a period where or minds grow, and get stronger and more complicated... we start to understand the world, and that not everything is easy and gameboy all day long...
Yes, maybe you are a late bloomer, but not neccesary... maybe you started to change more inside than phisically...

I can guarantee that you're normal on this. EVERYONE has the same issues day and night here. Except for those who have already experienced certain things. My point is... you're a late bloomer. =P

Your testicles usually drop at an earlier age, if they still haven't when you're 14, see a doctor.

Soz but i got to disagree with popo here. If they still havent dropped by the time you're 14 i wouldnt panic that much. I would go and see your doctor if they haven't gone by the time you're 16.

I don't get the term "balls dropping".

Kids have balls when they are just born... so...?

And I don't know if mine dropped yet, but I do know that they hang far down.

well im sure that my balls have droped but they dont hang that far down. if your balls have droped it would is noticable but not really noticable that they are hanging out the bottom of your trouser leg

my balls dropped at 10 but my friend is 16 and his balls havent dropped yet (so he says) and he said he saw a docter and its all normal the will eventualy drop
