I suppose thats how it goes when you`re trying to overcome something.
Today I had a really bad panic attack. Decided to take Caddy out for a walk in the neighborhood and everything was fine. When I rounded the block corner I saw a father pulling his crying kid back inside the house. I figured he had been playing in the street, or something to get into trouble. I just continued on. When I felt my hands start to pulse I felt retarded and just tried to shake it off, but I couldent. I started to get a horrible feeling like someone was following me, like someone wanted to hurt me. It literately felt as if I had just run a mile, my heart started pounding so hard and my head started to spin. My eyes started streaming tears and all I could do was stand there and shake. I coulden`t move at all. If felt like my heart was going to rip out of my chest.
Thankfully Caddy started pulling me. I can hardly remember the walk home. All I remember is half leaning on her and half stumbeling up to the door. Once I got inside, closed and locked the door I just collapsed and bawled my eyes out. I think I layed there on the floor for at least an hour. Caddy stayed right by me and gave me pressure when I asked. This was my first full blown panic attack since Caddy`s training. I`ve had minor ones, but nothing like that. I`m so supprised at how she reacted. I don`t know what would have happened if she haden`t have been there..
Sorry, I just needed to vent.
