By 13 I had pube, shaved, and sang bass. My upper body didn't fully develop until about 15. Notthing more since.

Im almost 16 and will have to say Ive had the most curosity than ever before right now. Im not expecting it to go away till at least Im 20.

Not necessarily. I would say that this isn't in fact the norm, sounds quite late on to me.
I knew from a very young age that I wasn't straight. It was just a case of me learning about sex, sexuality, relationships, love, all that jazz and then accepting myself for who I am. Happened when I was about 16.

see i knew from a very young age that i was straight. i remember a girl that i had a crush on snuggled up next to me in the reading corner in 1st grade and i had a crush on her well up until 5th grade. this curiosity isnt making me like men, im just curious and i want it to go away

It can, or it may not. Most of the times it is your sexual hormones rushing though out your body causing unwanted sexual arousles. These may stop as you get older, or you can be just bisexual.
