Thought some people would like to read this and everything.
Im almost 16 and almost 6' tall. Im built big, wich is the way both my mom and dad is built but Im also pretty husky with alittle chub :rolleyes: Right now Im at 275 (People never realize it, lot of people think Im round 220) Alot of that weight comes from muscle but also comes from some fat... my weight doesnt stop me from doing anything, I do everything like a normal skinny guy does. Im not lazy either, I dont sit and play video games and I dont sit and watch tv or movies. I do alot of work round the shop and during the warmer months I work in the fields.
This past week alot has been stressin me out and lost all my appetite, making me not eat, Im starting to eat alittle more again but I lost 15 pounds encouraging me to lose more, but doing it the right way. So far Ive cut ham (makes me sicker than a dog) and all pop from my diet, wich Ive substituded with black coffee, water, and non-sweetend iced tea. I also cut hot dogs and beef from my diet, again, both make me sicker than a dog. Im subsituting the beef with ground turkey. I eat alot of chicken now also. I dont each much pork, since Im not a big fan of it. Im starting to try to walk alot. I usually walk at least 1-2 miles each day, but I want to walk more. But cant right now with 10" of snow on the ground, lol. So Im gonna see how this goes. If you have any suggestions or questions please ask.
