September left me reminders in the cobwebs of my heart.
The place in which my skeletons prefer it to be dark
This story has been written to me in Charlotte's simple silk.
Upon which none will suckle from a truthful mother's milk.

Literature spun a dozen times..
The finest of her scripted words..
Bringing attention to a romantic eye,
Yet none could catch a pathless fly

Charlotte brings me simple words that always mean the most
It takes nothing but a letter to ruin the meaning of their host.
Forgive her for bearing false hope inside my heart
Her empty shining words are only meant to play a part

The corner of my wardrobe is where she rests tonight.
Guilty feelings of a messenger will keep her from the light.
Charlotte my dear, your articulations are not your own
You're simple web is to remind me, of who my heart calls home
