What do you think of my lyrics?
I know that just reading lyrics without hearing them just makes them sound stupid but tell me anyway.

Close enough to know it.
Not close enough to see it.
Not close enough to feel it.
So close but yet so far.

Rhyming "scars" with "guitars" would only be taken seriously for a grade 3 poem assignment.


Stupid lyrics over all, trying too hard to be "obscure" and "deep".

Thanks for the feedback. I was never happy with the scars-guitars portion of the chorus. Any suggestions?
