Do I Have Social Anxiety Disorder??

I think that I may have S.A.D. I cant stand being in social situations. Yesterday at the mall, I thought that everyone was looking at me and judging me. I get this feeling almost every time I go out in public, even at school. I scored a 99 on the Liebowitz Social Anxiety test. ( anything over 95 is considered severe S.A.D. ) Do I have a social disorder??
