Okay, its simple, I'm bi, I like a guy, he seems straight, but i like to believe he's hiding something :) What is the best way to approach this. Should I like come out to him as bi (some how ¬¬) and then wait for him to make the next move or should I just hint towards me liking him or what?

He's been playing on my mind for the past month and I think it's time I just found out what this is.

Well... Nobody understands guys more than guys.
Put yourself in his shoes. Would you want to be approached?

I, personally, would not be put off if a friend of mine came out to me and said that they had feelings for me. I'm not gay (or bi) but I'd be flattered. Even if nothing comes of it you will boost his confidence.

Although... You never know... He may be a homophobe. If you know he isn't I'd say go for it and also assure him that you can handle rejection.

I imagine it must be tough for a homo-/bi- sexual to find a member of the same sex that they're into and who is equally inclined. If you can be upfront with him and share this raw, emotional part of yourself there's no way he can be offended.
