Hello. Welcome to my workout thread. Here, ill be teaching you the easiest ways to rip your stomache and arms to have rock hard ab and arm muscles.

First things first you have to choose workout days. I usually do Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every second Sundays. Dont work on the same muscle every day cause it can lead to sereous pains.

Now first thing were gonna do is start off with Basic crunches and pushups off the knees. Do about 25 - 30 of those each day for the first week and a half. After that you will see your arms getting slightly bigger and your stomache getting firmer. Next workout is well under its way.

Start doing Bicycle Crunches, Basic pushups and curls. If you dont know how to do any of those, look them up on google. Do this for 2 more weeks and you will see the results starting to sink in.

Now the next part is going to be abit harder then usual, but with your newly aquired strength it will be easier then you think. Keep doing the bicycle crunches and start doing Clap pushups. Also begin curling higher weights, like from 20 - 25 pounds.

Now you will have a nice, firm stomache and good arms, but were not done yet. This is the last step and the hardest one yet. You will do everything you did in the last 2 weeks, but double the amounts you do it, and also, if you can, add pull-ups and chin-ups to it.

Now that the 6 weeks is up, you will have sexy, tight firm abs and big arms. But dont think it ends here. If you wish to keep these results you must countinue atleast the second workout posted. Also be sure to stay healthy and drink lots of water and milk, and try to avoid pop and chips.

Well, this is my guide to get ripped as fast as possible. Thanks for reading!

Will you do a lower body workout. Most people want a firm and strong base.

Most of these workouts only support your glamour muscles, and people who use them are generally weak.

Would it not be near impossible to get more than a two pack if you were working out naturally to keep fit?

Nope. I think a lot of it is about how much fat you have hiding whatever muscles you develop, so I do a variety of sports where I use lost of muscles together, and because i'm naturally skinny I have a pretty decent set of abs. Some skinny kids just naturally have definition there, its just as you get older your metabolism changes and you store more fat I guess.

Anyway Bougainvillia totally said what I was going to say - its much better to get actually fit. I do ju jitsu (and judo), and there are a couple of guys there who do the glamour muscles (love that phrase btw) and while they can do lots of push up reps, I (and my friend whose a girl) can kick their butts when we fight. (yeah yeah i know its not supposed to be about strength, but we're not THAT good lol).

On the other hand I guess lots of push ups might be good for punching people if thats what you need to do ;-) And doing some exercise is way better than being fat, so if you don't have anything else you can do what the hell. If you do that sort of workout because its convenient and doesn't cost money, don't forget skipping is a really cheap and easy cardio workout you could add in there.

I usually 4-5 days a week mostly strength training and 1 or 2 based around cardio. I generally am a fit person and do alot of walking so I regard myself as fit enough to not concentrate too hard on cardio... Would you guys commend this as "good pace" or not enough etc?

My opinion, more cardio to weights wouldn't hurt but as long as you are spreading the weight sessions around different muscle groups, and switching between light and heavy reps from time to time, that should be ok I guess (just speaking from advice I've been given).

Yea, I asked my trainer and she recommended doing a plan that was
mon: weights
tue: cardio
wed: weights
thur: cardio
and so on, but that brought strength training down to 3days from 4 and I really noticed the difference so I bumped it back up.

DIET!!!!!! you need a nice balanced diet plan to have abs..yes. doing ab workouts will firm you abs and get bigger ab muscles but it wont do any good unless you have a good diet plan!!.. also think about supplements for working out to see more results faster in your arms or whatever you work.

Glam muscles are cool, but I know wayyy to many people who have the tightest, hardest 6packs and best toned arms you could imagine, yet they cant even run a quarter mile. Actually being in shape is the most important part. After a longgggggggggg winter (basically I stopped working out in all forms back in september XP) I got a decent layer of "Insluation" around my middle, and my usual daily 5 sets of 50 bike crunches, 5 sets of 25 pushups and dips and 2 minuet planks arent doing anything for that. So about a week ago I began running. Have never been so sore in my life. But hey, In under a week theres already a solid difference in my middle. And Im gettin my cardio too.

A quick tip,
Watch what you eat; common sense reigns true. Fruit over chips, water over pop. Dont eat late at night, like within an hour or two before youd go to bed. and drink lots of water, with a glass or two of milk a day as well. work the entire body, not just one area and youll get the best results

Yeah this is complete glam muscle. Not that that's horrible. In this day in age who needs to be able to squat press 400 lbs?

If you have a lower body fat percentage it will take less time in most cases to get "results" from this type of thing.
