What am I doing wrong?

Okay ive been applying everywhere I can and following up on my applications and for some reason I cant seem to find work i follow the tips in the guide on here and and I take out all my piercings and cover my VISIBLE tattoos for my interviews and idk what im doing wrong and its getting really annoying I mean I do everything I need to ive even made my hair normal colors when I get interviews do any of you have any other advice you can give me thankx = )

Maybe they're erally looking for someone different (read; older and "needing" a job in their eyes)
