so working on losing eight pounds soon ( 163-155 ) to get rid of the fat on my body and just thought it would be sorta fun to just write down somewhere how im doing ( dont ask why i chose here ), well hopefully i wont be one of the fattest kids in my class soon lol...

Good luck! Just remember to eat! Not eating to loose weight isnt effective. I did that for a while and while I did loose weight, once I ate again - I gained it all back. Just remember to cut back on sugary/fatty foods. Drink diet instead of regular sodas, and eat negative calorie foods (do a search on google if you dont know any).
And I will just say this, just as a suggestion - Going vegetarian is a great way to loose weight. Get healthier and help the animals at the same time. :D

ya i lost two pounds just eating better no pop at all and not much junk food

Losing weight is also hereditary too. Like some families have a higher metabolism, so they always appear healthy and thin even when they eat more than they should, while others have lower metabolism leading them to Obesity faster.
Dieting is an excellent way also when it is merged with exercise. Always remember to burn more calories than you intake a day and you'll lose weight within a matter of days or weeks.

ya if you want to lose weight, run. its one of the best things for you. just put on some headphones and run till you feel like your going to die. it may seem horrible at first but just wait, after a few weeks you'll be able to run the same route without much problems.

wow i just weighed myself after dinner and according to it i lost about 3 or 4 pounds after dinner which means i probably lost more...isnt that uhh too fast its only been a week of eating better and 2-3 miles on the treadmill per day and not too much even came from my stomach... but bleh i guess im also bloated... ill post again in the mornin
and ya thanks my family is on that lower side and a friend eats more than anybody i know and never gets fat

One thing I forgot to say...
Make sure you weight yourself when you're nude. It's most accurate that way, since I just found out that my clothes weighed 6 pounds.
