Well, I got suspended from my profile for not paying for membership I didn't want. All they day I have to do is pay the bill. I checked to see how much I exactly need to pay but they don't show it. It started like this. I bought a 1 month last year on the 26th of June. After it ran out, my debit card didn't have any money left to get the next membership they were charging me for. My profile was on renewal for a month each time it runs out, but I didn't know how to remove it. I do know now. Anyway, they would send me notifications saying that I have to update my debit card or they'll suspend me. They've suspended me after all these months I've been playing. What I'm asking is that have they been charging me all those months I used for free or is it just for that one particular month I used last year?

Update your card information, then after a few days (After they verify your card is active), then should unsuspend your account. If they don't, THEN you should call 1-800-4MYXBOX
