Im not sure whats wrong or if anything is wrong with me but i just wanted some other opinions on this. why do you regret it?

I don't regret it anymore, but back then I thought that it would be wrong to have a cousin give you a handjob or anything else along those lines. Really just because, he was my family. He was just curious though. He didn't begin puberty yet and I did at that time. I'm fine with it.
