sorry i cant scream in person because of the people around me so this is where i am doing it, you dont have to reply so.

It's good to scream ^^
You should try and run as fast as you can to the middle of a field, and will the little bit of energy you have left, scream as hard and loud as you can until you cant scream anymore and your throat is sore.

Yeah, like Charlie and Kathy said, I think it'd be better actually screaming for real (like.. in the woods, or on a field). Or actually venting about it here on VT would help more.

But now, when you've been virtually screaming, may I ask why you did it? (:
