I've heard that working out isnt good for your growth development during puberty. Is that true? I really don't wanna stay this height, but I really wanna start keeping fit. So is it safe for me to start working out?
(PS. I'm sorry i keep on posting thread after thread on this forum, but i cant help it; i have nobody else to talk to.)

(Sorry for replying to all your stuff, but I seem to be the only one online tonight)
Working out won't boost your height.
All that will do is bring up your muscles.
Height is something you can't change -safely-

Depends on what age you are, in the UK as far as I know it's illegal to lift heavy weights if your under 16. You should however still be keeping fit, you could still join a gym and still use toning machines and cardio.

Yeah, to work out doesnt affect growth if its done CORRECTLY and not too much, the best is to ask at the gym to professionals

Working out is fine, but you shouldnt be under 16 and not be supervised / not know anything about working out as it can be dangerous (as in long term)

Working out is ok if managed, go to a gym and talk to the staff there about it (you can work out under 16 depending on the gym)

i thought puberty was the best time to get like that because the rest of your body is changing so its best to do that then and height you cannot change

lifting wont make you any taller than you are, but it will build muscle.

Depends what you mean by working out. I was advised to do a variety of things and not to do heavy weights until i'm 16. So i do a lot of swimming, rowing stuff like that which gives you good cardio and also works out a lot of muscles at once.

Working out to keep fit is always a good idea, but it won't change your height that is pre-programmed by your genes and won't kick in until it is ready. I would avoid much weight based training as you can cause joint and skeletal problems that will come back to haunt you later.
(PS. I don't think that yoiu have to be sorry for posting. I assume that this is what the forum is for. These guys are here to help. I am a new user and have been impressed by how much knowledge and experience is available here)
