The baby has no choice in what anyone does to it, why does this make a difference if no harm is done? Babies might like it. Both parties enjoy themselves why not?

Fun would be a matter of opinion. Personally, I'm not attracted to babies, but that guy in Serbian Film was. Uh, if the baby survives it still might have physical damage from sex at that young of an age, so no, I wouldn't agree with it. That damage might end up being permanent.

Having sex with babies is not fun and it's a sign of mental problems. And it's morally and ethically incorrect. And for those who says ethics and moral or right and wrong are arbitrary choices and babies are yet not sentient beings and whatnot - you have to know that having sex with babies is both socially and mentally incorrect as well. Plus, you are more likely to damage the baby permanently if you do not kill it.
