Yep. The best picture I've ever taken by far. I guess that's the difference between a $1,300 camera and the $500 camera I use.

I actually was standing about ten feet away from this bird feeder... inside my house. I took it through the glass paneling of the door to the deck... I'm, however, really in love with my camera's zoom.

And, if I ever run into a picture I actually like still after it was initially taken, I shall post it in this thread. Other than my concert pictures, this birdie is the first I still really like.

The thing that could've been better would be if his whole "tail" was in the picture.
But oh well, I know how hard it can be photographing birds. At least the ones we have here.
Cause they're not sitting still for more than a second. xD

I used a Canon Powershot SX20 :)

Yeah, photographing birds is a bitch quite honestly :/ Especially when your camera is that zoomed in, you loose him often...

I looked it up and it appears to be a male Blue Grosbeak :P

I was playing with my camera and then my cat climbed ontop of the keyboard and thought it was a good photo opportunity :P
