After about a fucking month i cut
Im fucking discusted with myself im fucking pissed and it fucking stings like a bitch
i went a little deep and it fucking bleeds like a motherfucker
sorry for cussing im just mad that this happened

Dont be sorry about the cussing, its good to vent. Dont beat yourself up about it, this is just another little slip up on the road to recovery. Just remeber to pick yourself up and try and carry on, try not to think about cutting and what not. I know its really hard but you gotta try.

I hope your ok, if you think you need stiches or anything then go get some help if you can :whoops: If you ever wanna rant I'm always available :)

Really sorry to hear that, dont beat yourself up about it though, a month is fantastic.
We all have slip ups along the way but you need to pick yourself back up and try again, you've already proved to yourself that you can make it to a month.
Theres nothing stopping you from getting there again.
