your always going to feel uncomfortable if you never change in a locker room. think of it this way, if you sudenly had to get behind the wheel to drive somewhere to save your life (assuming you don't drive) then you might not be to comfortable driving. This is just like the locker room, if you never go in one that is may make you uncomfortable when you suddenly are thrown into a situation where you have to. Best thing would be to take baby step to full blown nakedness in front of other guys.
